We have been writing, photographing, and designing cookbooks for over 15 years. In that time, we have worked on more than 50 substantial projects and entirely written/photographed more than 40 full cookbooks. We have created more than 6,000 unique, fully-tested, recipes and taken thousands of food photographs to accompany them. We are also award-winning feature filmmakers with the ability to shoot, edit, color correct, and sound design video projects for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

When our books are purchased alongside an appliance, the return rate for that appliance drops dramatically. Our recipes are designed to train the customer to enjoy their appliance purchase by emphasizing that appliance's strengths in a down to earth way that anyone can understand.
